1. We meet with you to discuss your project, take measurements and go over details of your project. We cover all options in design and material so you can choose what you want use in your new space.
2. Our designers begin designing your vision and making it a reality. When you are happy with the design, we begin the construction process.
3. Materials & permits are scheduled and you are assign a project manager who will be your go-to throughout the process.
4. Work is completed, your punch list is completed and your dream is now a reality!

Our proposals are one set price, it includes all labor, materials, designing, management, permits, inspections, basically everything from start to finish.
We will also charge labor only if you have your own materials because we understand some customers prefer to buy their own materials and only need labor to install them. Please let us know ahead if this is you.
We are licensed & certified by the state of Florida as building contractors. The state examines our background, credit and track record, requiring all building contractors to pass a thorough examination process.
We are fully bonded and insured, carrying workers comp. for all our employees. All our sub contractors are insured and have workers comp.
We background check every employee, and maintain a drug-free workplace.
All projects come with a 5 year warranty from the date it’s completed.
